HDMI 1.4 bandwidth

HDMI 1.4 is rated 10.2 Gbps and carries 8.16 Gbps of video after TMDS 8b/10b encoding. At 8-bit without compression it carries 1080p up to 146 Hz, 1440p up to 85 Hz, 3440x1440 up to 65 Hz and 4K up to 39 Hz.

HDMI 1.4 doesn't carry DSC, so a mode over its payload doesn't fit.
